Your order will be ready in 4-6 business days unless you purchased Rush Delivery which in that case your order will be ready and completed in under 48 hours.

Your order will be sent to your email in a high-resolution JPG or PNG format. This is a digital file only. No printing is done by us at this time.

Sadly no, there is no vector image created to send to you. We use Ai to composite your face onto the wild west image we do not draw it by hand.

Yes, we do, just sent us your photos and instructions and we’ll create anything (within reason and in the wild west) you have in mind. 

Our artists are incredibly talented and always strive to do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we might miss a detail or the essence of the person, we are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait.

Nope, you don't need copyrights because you own complete rights and licensing to your artwork... it's you cowboy or cowgirl!

If the revision was not included on the initial instructions when the order was placed then Yes, otherwise we DO NOT charge for any revisions.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds, keep in mind this is a custom artwork and it can’t be sold again. Our artists work hard and we offer unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with your artwork. However, if you really hate it that bad and we can't make it right with you then I am sure we can come to some form of refund.

We work in affiliation with a printing company who takes care of all our printing needs, if you are interested in getting your digital image printed as a poster, canvas, t-shirt, etc. just email us and let us know and we can help you with that. [email protected]
